Upcoming Training: Towards Sustainable Community Based Sanitation

CDD Society will be conducting a training programme on solutions towards Sustainable Community Based Sanitation (CBS) at the Centre for Advanced Sanitation Solutions (CASS) in Kengeri, Bangalore from the 20th – 24th of June 2011.

The 5 days fully residential training programme will aim at introducing social, technical and management skills to professionals for implementing sustainable sanitation solutions like CBS-DEWATS units with community and other stakeholder participation.

Potential participants for this training course are practitioners associated with community work on water and sanitation issues and other professionals from government, private and academic organisations with a minimum of 1-2 years of prior work experience in the social work, wastewater, sanitation and/or water resources management.

As the seats are limited, CDD Society will screen and select the most eligible applicants.
